Frequently Asked Questions

All of our orders are on an upto 10 working day production time, this excludes the delivery times, which are typically 3 to 5 working days.(working days exclude weekends and bank holiday days).

If you placed your order more than 10 working days ago, then please email us. 

The majority of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

International order are shipped using InternationalTracked/Signed Services.

Bulk Orders such as Flyers, booklets, signage, Stationery etc - are shipped using couriers, DHL, Evri, Parcelforce, DPD and Tuffnells, there is no choice of delivery service by customer. 

All our orders within the UK are free of any extra customs charges.

Any order that is shipped outside of the United Kingdom to the EU or Rest of The World might be subject to customs and VAT charges on receipt of the goods.

It is the responsibilty of the customer/buyer to check with their country BEFORE ordering if they will have to pay any charges.

If any item is returned to us as a result of customs charges not being paid or refused due to this, we will NOT refund shipping charges and the customer will be charged the shipping costs again if required.
